· Ensure traceability between product requirements, delivered code, test case verification and regression coverage.
· Ensure Automation code is being built in such a way to optimize automation that implements best practices in line with latest industry standards in automation development, maintenance and management of test automation artifacts
· Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices
Required Experience:
· Minimum 7 years of software test automation framework and test design and test development experience, preferably hand on experience with different file formats (EDI, JSON, XML, Flat File).
· 5+ years of demonstrated experience in defining and implementing several test automation solutions leveraging one or more of the following: Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Java Rest API
· Experience with working knowledge in DevOps, Jenkins, Cloudbees, Git, Jira, Java, Web services etc. with knowledge on TestNG.
· Working knowledge of any of RDBMS and related concepts and SQL Database.

We are looking for exceptional software testers in our PBM Plus Technology Organization. This role will require a tester completing delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Engineering job family and will work on building test cases and automation scripts for Salesforce components in a secure Salesforce Sales Cloud application. They are expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and execute functional and automated test cases for Salesforce software applications
+ Develop reusable software test scripts using test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress.
+ Work closely with software engineers, technical product owners, and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into test plans
+ Review user stories and requirements to ensure testability and completeness
+ Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce components
+ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
+ Ensure test environments are properly set up and maintained
+ Implement and follow QA best practices and standards
+ Identify areas for test process improvement and implement solutions
+ Consults with teammates and business partners in resolving questions during the testing process
+ Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering testing
+ Recognized internally as a subject matter expert on quality assurance
+ Participate in root cause analysis and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence of issues
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills:**
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly report issues and collaborate with team members
+ Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes
+ Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, PAX
+ Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
**Required Experience & Education:**
+ 4+ years of software QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce testing
+ 1+ years software test automation experience
+ 4 year University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
+ Strong desire to learn
+ QA or test automation certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Provar, Certified Selenium Professional) are desirable
**Location & Hours of Work**
+ Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
+ Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)

In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop and execute sprint testing of a software product/solution. Define test process including required test activities, deliverables, and test schedule.
+ Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream including various back end and front-end architectural modules.
+ Closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore)Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data.
+ Actively participate in all phases of testing (In sprint functional testing, integration testing and regression)Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans, test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features, and development of tool sets to augment QA and Development testing.
+ Business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking
+ Perform manual/exploratory testing where needed.
+ Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging
+ Analyzes failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors completely.
+ Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to our testing practices where necessary.
**Qualifications**

+ Proven experience with functional Testing, SQL, Agile, Jira, SOAP UI/Post Man, Web Services testing and ETL testing.
+ Experience in Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework
+ College degree (Bachelor+) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
**Desired Experience: **
+ Exposure to OpenShift, and AWS Healthcare experience including PBM business model.
