You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, high availability, and fast, reliable software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 + years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS, but others acceptable).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Requirements
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a technical writing, documentation, or product marketing role—preferably in SaaS, security, or enterprise software. - Ability to explain both hardware- and software-related functionality with clarity. - Experience collaborating with technical teams (engineering, product, support). - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. - Bonus: Familiarity Zoho Suite

* Good knowledge of Ansible filters to manipulate the variables Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux Strong knowledge of scripting tools: Shell, Powershell, YAML
