Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Black Belt with procure to pay end to end process expertise
In this role, you would be responsible for the effective delivery of the key transformation projects for the clients with a distinctive focus on deploying digital technologies like predictive analytics, Machine Learning, Intelligent automations, etc by working with cross-functional global teams to favorably impact to the business outcomes of the customer.
Responsibilities
· Candidate will be part of Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) team and will have to follow the Black Belt certification roadmap as per the Genpact corporate LDT guidelines to complete the black belt certification.
· Engage with procurement support desk and accounts payable operations team members on the ongoing process improvement initiatives.
· Facilitate brainstorming sessions with operations team members to identify new process improvement opportunities.
· Understand the end-to-end process and liaise with operations team for ideation of new initiatives.
· Update the trackers / PowerPoint decks regularly for ensuring timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
· Engage with client stakeholders over a defined frequency on the new initiatives along with progress, challenges and support required on the existing projects.
· Coordinate with MIS and Operations team members for getting hold of necessary data and perform appropriate analysis for benefits validation and client sign off.
· Coach and mentor operations team members on Lean and DMAIC methodologies and provide ample support on their Lean and Six Sigma projects (Lean, Green Belt certifications)
· Must be flexible to support during different time zones (if required)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Any Graduate
· Certified Black Belt with adequate exposure to process improvements and transformation initiatives
· Good excel and PowerPoint working knowledge; must be well versed with advanced excel applications (e.g. Pivot, Look ups and complex excel formulas)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Prior experience of managing overseas client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· MBA/Masters/Engineering Degree/Any other disciplines in Finance or Accounting
· Relevant experience in exposure to Procure to Pay (Accounts Payables) domain
· Prior exposure to source to contract process.
· Knowledge of Excel Macros /Other automation solutions
· Prior work experience with solutions such as Coupa, ServiceNow, QlikSense, Oracle Fusion, Tradeshift etc.

We are seeking a Lean and Quality professional to join our team. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes, a strong understanding of lean principles, excellent project management skills, executive presence, and significant exposure to technology.
Responsibilities
- Work with operations leads, vertical leads, and clients to design, implement, and drive value-generating roadmaps or transformation roadmaps (including digital and analytics).
- Collaborate with consulting teams, solutions teams, transition teams, training departments, operations teams, and practice areas to understand and deliver contractual commitments.
- Identify process bottlenecks with operation and functional teams; conduct root cause analysis; implement process improvements and digital solutions across the organization.
- Support aligned teams in their lean journey for continuous improvement by operationalizing the lean approach.
- Conduct value stream mapping (VSM), Gemba walks, floor walks to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead Lean Action Workouts and Kaizen events with operations teams and clients.
- Create transformation roadmaps for lean initiatives, work closely with business leaders for realization.
- Deliver Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes driving significant business impact for clients.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and lean training within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- Relevant years of experience in a Transformation role
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Experience in multiple R2R processes such as month-end close activities including intercompany reconciliations fixed assets financial planning & analysis (FP&A) etc., with deep domain skills in one or more areas
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills designing driving small large-scale improvement transformation projects
- Consultative Partnering Skills: Good consultative partnering skills while dealing senior leadership
- Digital Transformation Experience: Relevant experience design implementation administration digital transformation projects
- Lean and Quality knowledge: Ability to identify Waste and streamline process
- Self-driven Ability Drive Outcomes Independently: Self-driven ability drive outcomes independently
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
