ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online stores and marketplaces, especially on
platforms like Shopify and Myntra. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for inventory management, product
cataloguing, marketing, logistics, and overall operations to ensure seamless e-commerce
performance.
2. E-Commerce Platforms Expertise: Manage and optimize the Shopify D2C platform and at least
one major marketplace like Myntra to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns on both
marketplace and D2C platforms to drive engagement and sales.
4. Sales Growth Strategy: Apply strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach to
develop strategies that maximize sales and revenue.
5. Order Management: Oversee Order Management System (OMS) to monitor orders, returns, and
claims, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
6. Business & Technical Acumen: Leverage both technical and business knowledge to support and
drive growth through continuous optimization of e-commerce operations.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics using MS Excel and other tools to derive
insights that support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion retail
sector.
Platform Expertise: In-depth experience with Shopify (D2C) and at least one major marketplace
(e.g., Myntra).
