  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Identify and test new growth hacking opportunities, A/B testing landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional offers.
  • Manage the e-commerce website's user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing collateral and website copy.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them strategically.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong focus on growth hacking and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving significant e-commerce sales growth through digital channels.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer journey mapping.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
