What does a successful C&B Expert do at Fiserv?


Responsible for aligning the Compensation and Benefits practices of the organization with the overall HR and organizational philosophy. Responsible for designing compensation, determining appropriate salary structures, managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, as necessary. Should be able to drive Compensation and best in class benefits practices individuality under the supervision of the Total Rewards Leader. This role will be based out of Pune.

What will you do:


Compensation


  • Monitoring the organization’s Compensation structure and maintain balance between compliance, control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
  • Member of project team responsible for developing and executing technology roadmap for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators (via dashboards design including predictive analytics) and interlock with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
  • Maintain enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities, while understanding unique characteristics of state entities with a wide variety of missions.
  • Consult with and educate Sr. Leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies and structures.
  • Researching and analysing market data to use for developing compensation structures. Ad hoc analysis for business leaders for key skills or talent. General market pricing of jobs through salary surveys
  • Support the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a truly global Fiserv HR organization delivering clients and communities.
  • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
  • May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors. Responsible for timely completion of appraisal cycle/revision cycle.

  • Drive wellbeing and Benefits / rewards operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs conceptualized in conjunction and partnership with the local and global and Benefits teams.
  • Responsible for defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management and coaching/mentoring the operations team across the health, wellbeing and operations functions
  • Works closely with Fiserv India senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits
  • Drive insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity
  • Develops the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in India in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & help organization to optimize ROI.
  • Managing multiple vendors / services contracts & renewal.
  • Leads the internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards
  • Drives the finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enables implementation of the events in conjunction with the global and India team.
  • Works with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India’s Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards in partnership with communications.
  • Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance
  • Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs


What you need to have:


  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology, technology-enabled, eCommerce organization or broker industries.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management and process design & governance
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel skill
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines and implement quality standards.
  • Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional – Core HR and Benefits

Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Remote

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training, and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. Core HR and Benefits module functional expertise and client interfacing skills are essential for this role.

Requirement:

•4-6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles and overall 8+ years of experience

•Should have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on Oracle Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules. Knowledge of any other Oracle Cloud module would be a value add.

•Must have experience working on all phases of a project – Demos/workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validate, transition, realization, production support, etc.

•Experience and expertise on working with the client on defining various Rules, experience dealing with Fast Formulas and various Integrations, Data loading etc.

•Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

•Addition module experience on one or more modules such as Compensation, Payroll etc. is preferred.

•Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, coming with Test cases and SIT and UAT testing

•Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.

•Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.

•Good command over spoken & written English.

•Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
