- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and various Engineering disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of current technology trends and popular tech stacks.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut).
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and employment law.
