Primary Skills :
- Overall 13+ Years of Experience in IT with 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
- Hands-on development experience in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows
- Proven track record managing data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML projects end to end
- Solid understanding of modern data architecture: data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, ETL/ELT, governance, and AI tooling
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DataOps/MLOps practices
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior execs and technical leads
Responsibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of data platform, AI, BI, and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for data ingestion, transformation, governance, AI/ML models, and analytics deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, BI analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
- Define, prioritize, and manage product and project backlogs covering data pipelines, data quality, governance, AI services, and BI dashboards or reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with business units to capture and translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for data and analytics solutions.
- Oversee BI and analytics area including dashboard development, embedded analytics, self-service BI enablement, and ad hoc reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, security, and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle, in collaboration with governance and security teams.
- Coordinate UAT, performance testing, and user training to ensure adoption and successful rollout of data and analytics products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, managing risks and issues, and escalating as necessary.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive post-deployment monitoring and optimization of data and BI solutions to meet evolving business needs and performance standards.

We are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead – Quality Engineering to drive the strategic growth of our QE practice. This role combines deep expertise in quality engineering with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, business development, and market positioning. The Practice Lead will be responsible for shaping the QE service portfolio, enabling sales, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the practice is aligned with emerging industry trends and client demands.
Experience: 18 to 25 years
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum and Kochi
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QE practice with a strong GTM orientation.
- Position differentiated QE offerings, accelerators, and solutions that align with client needs and industry trends (AI/ML in testing, test automation, DevOps, shift-left/right testing, etc.).
- Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for QE in external forums, conferences, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to create GTM strategies, value propositions, and sales enablement assets for QE offerings.
- Build and nurture client relationships, participating in pursuits, proposals, and executive-level discussions.
- Partner with alliances and technology vendors to co-develop market-relevant solutions and expand ecosystem reach.
- Drive pipeline growth by supporting account mining and new client acquisition.
- Provide strategic guidance to delivery teams on frameworks, best practices, and innovation in QE.
- Build internal capabilities by mentoring practice SMEs, architects, and QE professionals.
- Ensure knowledge management, asset creation, and IP development within the practice.
- Continuously track QE market trends, competitor positioning, and client demand shifts to refine offerings.
- Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and investment priorities.
Requirements
- Over 18 years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Quality Engineering, Testing, or Assurance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in practice building, pre-sales, or GTM strategy in a technology services environment.
- Strong understanding of QE domains: test automation, performance engineering, DevOps/CI-CD, cloud-native testing, AI-driven testing, and QE for digital transformation.
- Exposure to alliances/partnerships with major technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build service offerings and take them to market successfully.
- Experience engaging with CxO-level stakeholders for solutioning and positioning.
- Strong business acumen, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
