As a Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. • Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
• Perform complex structural calculations using state-of-the-art analysis software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards (e.g., IS codes), and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review shop drawings and respond to contractor RFIs during the construction phase.
• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior structural engineers.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for structural engineering tasks.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with significant project leadership experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (e.g., Chartered Engineer).
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design principles, and material behavior (concrete, steel, timber).
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
