Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
- Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
- Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
- Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
- Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes
- Preferred: background in automation, agent-based systems, healthcare technology, or AI/ML infrastructure
