Job Description:

• Answers customers questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.

Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for the following:

1. Estimation and solution support - Meeting clients for lab business development as technical expert. Understanding needs and expectations and communicating the specialized solution.

2. Product portfolio management for Laboratory products - Conducting customer satisfaction studies, market scoping studies for segmenting the target market and creating product portfolio that will meet needs of the specific segments. - Understanding competition both global and local, creating database of competition products and formulating strategies to counter competition. - Arriving at right pricing for lab solutions with a view to grow market share profitably.

3. Delivering business objectives (topline and bottom line) - Supporting the branch team members by providing customized solutions for Laboratory Business.

4. Business development (pre-sales) - Coordinating with design team for offering APO solutions and for developing new products - Demand management: coordinating with order execution cell to ensure that the plant capacity is utilized, offer schemes pick up orders may be at extra discount to fill up plant capacity. - Liaising with communications team for creating promotion material for lab business including catalogues, presentations & videos.

5. Design Integration - Design Integration of Furniture and Fumehoods with exhaust/GDS/Electricals - Vet the designs of exhaust / scrubber systems. - Liaise with different agencies for finding the right solutions for the client. - Coordinate with MEP teams for design integration & Costing

6.Technical Issue Resolution during execution - Identify the root cause for any design related issues which could come up at site during execution. - Visiting site, Guide & Coordinate with design & service for the resolution.

Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1) Content Writing and Management for social media handles - Working on content writing for Instagram, Facebook, Website & data on any other platform - Managing the Blog website for the Brand.

2) Social Media Management - Social media management for the brand across all platforms and agency coordination. Manage and grow social media platforms.

3) Performance analysis: Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies and track campaign effectiveness.

4) PR Content and Management - Coordinating with the Photographer/Videographer for the shoots. - Coordinating for the Creative requirements of the Performance Marketing Agencies for smooth functioning of the Campaigns.

Role Objective:

To analyse Interior designs with significant value engineering, and ensure that high quality design deliverables are delivered to the execution team in a timely manner, enabling the completion of projects as per the projected time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the finishing works of the project from Concept development, Designing.
• Conduct presentations & Overlooking Site Execution.
• Identify consulting Interior Designers for a project and providing relevant scope of work.
• Prepare of layout drawings and details.
• Scrutinize all drawings before being sent on site.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Site & Clients.
• Make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site.
• Co-ordinate with clients & contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.

Qualification: : Diploma in Interior Designing

Practice and Other Requirements: 6 + years including minimum 4 years of experience in a design consultancy. Knowledge of AutoCad /Autodesk Revit.
