· To capture accurate patient information at registration and throughout IP/OP Patient flow.

· Monitoring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report) for the next day appointments and informing same to consultants.
· Monitoring clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices)
· Daily reports sending it to all concern department.

Clinic Time:
Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm
Saturday – Sunday 10am to 9pm
1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).
