• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within elderly care or community health.
• Extensive knowledge of geriatric care, common health issues in older adults, and relevant care practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing care plans.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in social and healthcare.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical social work setting.
• Specialization or significant experience in geriatric care.
• Proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing care plans.
• Strong knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems.
• Excellent counseling, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

· To supervise the seamless operation of IN/OUT patient department including registration, documentation, and billing

· To capture accurate patient information at registration and throughout IP/OP Patient flow.

· To monitor patients waiting time and to evaluate and act on the bottle-necks.

· Patient grievance handing

· To monitor behavioural standards of the teammates and if required suggest a training program for improvements of soft skills, grooming etc.;

· To ensure capturing maximum patients' feedback and suggestion

· To remain well-groomed as per company policy.

· Review of new and follow-up appointments of the patients

· Review of first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason

· Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face.

· Monitor Collecting payments and generating receipts for the patients.

· Monitoring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report) for the next day appointments and informing same to consultants.

· Monitoring clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices)

· Daily reports sending it to all concern department.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows :

• Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
• Interact with & Counsel Patients.
• Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
• Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
• Efficient management of the Front Desk.
• Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE (s) & Accounts Executive(s).
• Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
• Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic

Clinic Time:

Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm

Saturday – Sunday 10am to 9pm

1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).
