This leadership role will focus on the coverage of Healthcare & Pharma sector and drive strategic origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, with an emphasis on IPOs, QIPs follow on offering etc.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coverage across Healthcare & Pharma sector including IT Services, Healthcare & Pharma, SAAS, Telecom and allied sub-sectors.

Originate and execute ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and other capital market activities.

Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies.

Manage end-to-end execution of complex transactions such as restructuring, corporate strategy, fund-raising, and negotiations.

Collaborate with leadership teams to expand mandates in PE, M&A, and Structured Finance within the four sectors.

Qualifications
