- Identify and target potential corporate clients and key decision-makers in relevant industries (both private & government) and sell them fully furnished spaces to conduct mass online exams.
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, tour operators, and large groups to achieve room sales targets and optimize room occupancy rates for guest houses in both Kolkata & Siliguri.
- Identify and target potential clients for generating revenue by selling the in-hub facilities in a 5/10 day package.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue goals by offering the classes post college timing to potential customers.
- New membership sales and driving membership growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management for in-campus Gym & sports arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients such as corporate groups, event planners, travel agencies, and individual customers.
- Research and develop a list of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique offerings of the hospitality property
- Close deals and convert leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring contracts and payment terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Analyze market demands and adjust pricing, promotions, and sales efforts based on changing conditions.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, outlining conversion rates, sales trends, and revenue generation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns designed to attract new business, such as seasonal offers or corporate deals.
- Collaborate with the operations and revenue management teams to ensure sales strategies align with the hotel's business objectives and overall pricing strategies.
- Implement improvements to enhance the sales process, client experience, and hotel offerings based on client feedback.
Profile needed :
- 3+ yrs experience in Sales and Marketing in the real estate industry preferably MBA in marketing and Sales.
