Position Overview
The HR Professional will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensure effective execution of HR operations in alignment with company policies, statutory requirements, and organizational objectives. The role demands strong interpersonal, organizational, and compliance skills, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth start-to-finish, Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and background verification, job postings ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation (offer letters, confirmations, promotions, exits).
- Oversee attendance, leave management (PL/SL/CL), and absenteeism tracking.
- Administer payroll, statutory compliance, salary processing, and deductions.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Support appraisals, probation reviews, promotions, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Provide HR reports/analytics and support organizational planning.
Qualifications & Skills Required
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and statutory compliance.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRIS).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
