Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will support various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.

Background/Experience:

  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.

A. Human Resource Management
