Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Instructional Design & Delivery Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This onsite role combines expert instructional design with dynamic live facilitation. You’ll be responsible for creating accessible, modern learning content across multiple formats and delivering professional training experiences to both internal and external audiences.

This is a high-visibility role that requires both creative execution and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, use the latest tools—including AI—to build polished, effective content, and facilitate training sessions that build capability and confidence in learners. As our team grows, this position will help set the standard for quality, efficiency, and accessibility in everything we produce.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

• Assess the needs of educators and students for technology integration and provide strategic recommendations.
• Design and deliver professional development programs for faculty on effective use of educational technology tools and platforms.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement new educational technologies, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational software and hardware.
