Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- Proven experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
