The Head of Sector will lead a team of highly skilled Sector Managers to create and deliver the company's strategic and operational plans. This role will be responsible for the end to end process of the disbursement account processing and communication within a defined sector. This includes demonstrating proactivity, efficiency and effectiveness in terms of managing finance, hiring and developing team members and services further to drive the growth of the business.

What You'll Do
