    • Lender Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for all ongoing reporting and communication with lenders.
    • Debt Fundraising : Lead interactions and negotiations with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders for securing project finance.
    • Financial Modelling : Build and manage detailed financial models for biofuel projects including debt/equity structuring, IRR/NPV analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
    • Cost of Capital Management : Strategize and optimize capital structure to manage the cost of lending and overall interest cost.
    • Documentation & Compliance : Prepare and review term sheets, loan agreements, security documents, and ensure compliance with financial covenants and legal requirements.
    • Covenant Monitoring : Track financial covenants, ensure compliance, and flag risks well in advance.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with legal, commercial, and project execution teams to ensure timely financial closures.


    Requirements

    • 7–10 years of experience in project finance, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or bioenergy sector.
    • Proven experience in financial modelling, debt syndication, and negotiation with lenders.
    • Strong understanding of term sheets, loan documentation, RBI guidelines, and project appraisal criteria.
    • Ability to independently manage lender relationships and compliance processes.
    • MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.
