Familiarity with project management software and advanced scheduling techniques is essential.     Responsibilities:
    • Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure projects.
    • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
    • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
    • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all objectives.
    • Conduct site visits and progress monitoring as required for hybrid model.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
    • Demonstrated success in managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and relevant regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site environments.
