    Role Summary and Impact
    We are currently looking for a Partner – Client Leadership to join us. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and manage multiple brands. You will also be responsible for handling day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.


    Reporting of the role
     

    This role reports to the Principal Partner – Client Leadership (Cluster lead) Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic thinking, innovative communication planning and hard-core media fundamental knowledge to craft out innovative integrated brand strategies
  • Acts as a client visionary by bringing a highly valued perspective to the client based on a deep understanding of their business, issues and opportunities. Should be able to lead strategic conversations on Media, communication planning that drives business outcomes
  • Manage and motivate team to effectively deliver to client needs and goals
  • Ensure timely team appraisals and clear development goals for team members; identify and follow through on appropriate training and career development for the team 
  • Impact:
  • Establish leadership stance among key stakeholders both on client and agency side
  • Translate the client’s needs into clear direction for Mindshare and WPP Media resources working on the account 
  • Become completely familiar with the client’s organizational structure, planning process, marketing calendar and the needs of key stakeholders
  • Understand the Mindshare way of working and can navigate through the verticals
  • Foster strong client relationships across the client portfolio for self and team and have a strong understanding of the client’s key business requirements
  • To be recognized as their trusted advisor, execute “media first” innovations and deliver exceptional ROI for the client
  • Lead the change in digital, data and content ecosystem. Identify opportunity and collaborate with internal team / potential partners to deliver the best possible solution

    Job Description

    The Clinical Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing and scaling clinical operations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires strong leadership, cross functional collaboration and the ability to drive performance through clinical excellence and operational rigor. The leader will be responsible for driving the account P&L


    Ideal Candidate Profile Includes:

    • 15+ years of experience working in US healthcare operations with solid understanding of provider organizations including fee for service and fee for value practice models
    • Clinical/Medical background (India or US). Experience in US RCM Clinical operations will be an added advantage
    • Proven track record of managing teams across geographies, driving results and progressive leadership experience
    • Familiar with EHR workflow and documentation along with working knowledge of Practice Management Systems
    • Demonstrated ability to show thought leadership and drive consultative conversations with executive leadership
    • Project management, implementation, planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to travel as needed


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take end-to-end ownership of operations, delivering services that are aligned to meet customer goals and success including contractual commitments.
    • Manage the P&L to drive financial performance that meets and exceeds budgets; actively participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
    • Work with the delivery teams to resolve operational issues affecting the customer promptly and reporting performance metrics including economic value to the customer on a regular basis.
    • Serve as a key senior client liaison with deep & meaningful relationships in the client organization that enable successful long-term partnerships.
    • Mentor and coach direct reports to enable professional & personal growth. Developing, implementing & monitoring frameworks to elevate the human capital of the team.
    • Leverage understanding of industry best practices to assess existing internal and client processes and identify opportunities to enhance the quality of outcomes or efficiency of delivery including automation.
