Our client, a leader in high-volume manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer to join their innovative, fully remote engineering department. This position is critical for optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards across various manufacturing lines. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies from your dedicated home office.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance throughput.
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet product specifications and business objectives.
  • Design and conduct experiments (DOE) to validate process improvements and identify optimal operating parameters.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless product and process development.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address manufacturing challenges and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend capital equipment investments to improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
