Details:
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Understanding Client Requirements:
Gather and document design requirements from clients.
Communicate client expectations clearly to the internal design team
Sketch & Design Coordination:
Brief hand sketch designers on client requirements.
Ensure accurate representation of design ideas.
Get initial design selections approved by clients
CAD Development Process:
Forward approved sketches to the CAD department.
Coordinate with the CAD team to get CAD outputs as per schedule.
Review CAD files before presenting them to clients
Project Tracking & Follow-ups:
Maintain a timeline tracker for each project.
Ensure each stage of the product development process stays on schedule.
Raise alerts when timelines are at risk
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Liaise between clients, design teams, and production teams.
Ensure seamless communication and execution of product development tasks.
Quality Control & Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve any design inconsistencies or technical challenges.
Work closely with the quality team to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Fragrance Development
- Craft olfactive briefs that reflect Contraband’s unique voice

- Evaluate and refine EDPs, mists, oils & discovery formats
Packaging & Design
- Lead packaging development with a focus on modern, tactile, premium design
- Partner with design & production teams to bring ideas to shelf beautifully and feasibly
Vendor & Supply Chain Leadership
- Source and manage vendors for fragrance oils, components & packaging
- Ensure timelines, budgets & quality standards are hit without compromise
Compliance & Documentation

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Indra, you will take a leadership role in the development of Power Supply System for Indra’s ElectroX Reactor using your expertise in control systems and core electrical concepts.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of power supply system from conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and final production for Indra’s ElectroX Reactor.

Develop and implement control systems that enhance the operational efficiency of ElectroX Reactor.
3.
Oversee complex engineering challenges using a first principles approach.
4.
Act as a key liaison between R&D, production, quality assurance, and other departments, facilitating cross-functional project execution.
5.
Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
6.
Lead preparation of comprehensive design documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and detailed project reports.
Desired Candidate Profile-
1. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 6-8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, product development, ideally with a background in battery systems or EV charging technologies.
3. In-depth knowledge of rectification, transformer operations, and core electrical concepts.
