We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced leadership environment, demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and can operate with discretion and grace under pressure.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the CMD.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage communications with attention to tone and detail.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
  • Assist with key projects and ensure follow-through on delegated tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics and agendas across the Mumbai and Lonavala office.



Candidate Profile:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-responsibility role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — confident, well-spoken, and articulate
  • Well-groomed, presentable personality with a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with extended work hours when required
  • Willing to commute/travel to Lonavala 3 days a week
