Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to the CMD.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

- Draft, review, and manage communications with attention to tone and detail.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-responsibility role
- Excellent interpersonal skills — confident, well-spoken, and articulate
- Well-groomed, presentable personality with a professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable with extended work hours when required
- Willing to commute/travel to Lonavala 3 days a week
