Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with manufacturing automation and robotics is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
