• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and process optimization.

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to overcome them.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Design, develop, and validate new manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and quality issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing processes.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet evolving production demands.
• Design and execute experiments (DOE) to optimize process parameters and validate improvements.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools to monitor process performance and identify deviations.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and manufacturing personnel.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes, reducing cycle times, and improving yield.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and SPC software.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing is advantageous.

• Developing and refining manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring scalability and repeatability.
• Conducting detailed process analyses, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for improvement using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Designing and optimizing factory layouts and workflows to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to integrate new technologies and processes.
• Developing and validating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
