It is the founding unit of Gopaljee brand and has a basket of brands like Gopaljee, Milkam and Fresco in north India. The company has a strong presence in the Indian market through its quality products and sales network. It has variety of products such as Milk, Dahi, Panner, Buttermilk, Flavor Milk and Pure Desi Ghee. The company has a capacity of handling over 12 lakhs liters of milk every day, with over 4500 milk societies, 25000 milk producers and over 30 chillers. The company is managed by Mr. Keshav Prasad Dixit (Founder & Managing Director), Mrs. Kusum Lata Dixit (Director - Finance & Operations), Mr. Manish Dixit (Director - Business Development) and Mrs. Shweta Dixit (Director - Operations & Administration).
**Role Description**
The Company is looking for a QC (Quality Control) Executive in Milk Products to join our team at Milan Dairy Foods Private Limited in Agra. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Quality control executive will be responsible for conducting chemical tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure quality and safety. The Quality Control Executive will also be responsible for developing and validating new methods and techniques, and for troubleshooting and resolving quality issues.
- A Master degree in Chemistry or B.tech(Food technology/Dairy Technology).
- Knowledge of chemical testing and analysis techniques
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software
- At least 5 Years of experience in Milk, Curd, Paneer, Butter Milk testing.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the food industry, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience with laboratory management systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant with 7–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Planning and Manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud and Manufacturing solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and map them to Oracle solutions
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP Planning Cloud modules including:

- Inventory Management

- Advanced Supply Chain Planning

- Provide expertise in Plan to Produce (P2P) business processes across domains such as Industrial Manufacturing or High-Tech
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping

- Manage data migration, deployment, and cut-over activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

- Stay updated on new Oracle ERP Cloud features and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Planning Cloud and Manufacturing modules
- Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud implementations (at least one in Manufacturing)
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Planning architecture
- Knowledge of Planning integration points and data flow
- Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Experience with data migration, cut-over planning, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones in collaborative team environments
- Oracle certifications in Planning or Manufacturing modules are a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) products is an added advantage
