REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor's Degree in Production or any relative field (MBA in operations will be added advantage).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding, casting, heat treatment, automation).
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in production planning, capacity utilization, and resource optimization.
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must have proper production knowledge of
i. CNC machine / VMC / Grinding
ii. Tooling
iii. Assembly
iv. Quality control
