ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting role in the Brand Development side of marketing in the skin category, working on innovations and communications.
The key responsibilities for this role will be (and are not limited to)
+ Be the Brand Development manager working on multiple projects.
+ Crafting innovations and communications, including strategy, long-term innovation roadmaps, and communication.
+ Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for project delivery. (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI).
+ Lead packaging development, product development, and testing for the innovation.
+ Possess a keen understanding of the Indian consumer and retail landscape, strong leadership skills to run projects with high autonomy, and the ambition to drive discontinuous growth.

**Responsibilities:**
Sales and marketing of new aircraft sale.Focus on new business development, relationship building, intelligence gathering, as well as identifying/supporting key customer accounts in region. Identify shifting trends, political or financial changes and implement strategies to protect BHT business base.Develop and implement strategic sales plans for all near term and long-term opportunities in region.Interface with service sites, Commercial Regional Sales Managers, and customers to define customer requirements directly or in support of aircraft sales. Provide quotations and follow up until purchase agreement is secured.Visit and sell to key Customer Service Facilities in your assigned region on a quarterly basis.Continually review and analyze marketing information including prepared reports and professional periodicals and news sources indigenous to territory.Partner with the Sales organization to prepare formal and informal proposals requiring coordination with pricing, applications engineering, and marketing data.Drive accurate sales forecasts.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
Demonstrated aviation or aircraft and sales experience.Must be able to work autonomously and with team.Proven track record of driving aircraft or aftermarket sales.Experience in global sales and strategy plans to drive growth in aftermarket, support and service offerings for durable goods or aerospace products.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, geographical distributed organization with multiple value streams.Critical competencies include drive for results, ambition an energy, perseverance, political savvy, listening.Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, leadership and relationship-building skills.Solid customer partnering skills. - Pre-Bid Tendering activities with Front Sales Team
- Review RFQ / Enquiry Documents and understand the scope.
- Align with Company stakeholders (Finance / Contract / Legal / Procurement / Engineering / In-House products etc.)

- Exposure to working in Multinational or Tier-1 Electrical OEMs/EPCs
