1. Calibration of Field Instruments (Transmitters, Analyzers, Flowmeters, Thermocouples.).
2. Calibration of Control Valves and Positioners.
3. Troubleshooting in Distributed Control System (DCS) Experience is a MUST.
4. Troubleshooting in PLCs & CNC systems.
5. Troubleshooting in Pneumatics.
6. Preventive Maintenance Planning and Adherence.
B. SKILL REQUIREMENTS
The worker/employee will need to possess the following set of skills:
1. Detail oriented.
2. Knowledge in MS office and SAP.
3. Use of problem-solving methodology.
C. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
- Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. (FULL TIME)
- Diploma in Electronic & Instrumentation Engineering. (FULL TIME)

Job Description:
The RFID Labels Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes used to produce RFID labels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RFID label production, including process engineering, quality control, equipment maintenance, and process improvement initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes while adhering to company standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Development & Optimization:
- Design, implement, and optimize RFID label production processes for improved efficiency, yield, and cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to maintain smooth operations.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Support in successful installation of machinery and preparation of validation procedures.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of production equipment, including printers, label applicators, testers and RFID encoding machines (if required).
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the quality team to monitor and uphold RFID label quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Analyze process data and implement corrective actions to prevent defects or quality lapses.
Process Documentation:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical workflows.
- Regular reporting of project status on timing, quality and potential risks.
- Train operators and technicians on process changes or updates as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process enhancements achieving a smooth ramp in production.
- Use data analysis and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity (ex: 100% yield, on-time delivery process)
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment across departments.
- Participate in new product development and the integration of new technologies into the manufacturing process.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to industry and company safety standards and regulatory compliance during all manufacturing processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Printing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in RFID labels manufacturing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with RFID label production processes, including printing, encoding, and assembly.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven expertise in manufacturing process design, process control, and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with RFID technology, including passive/active RFID label encoding, printing, and testing processes.
- Strong knowledge on materials used in RFID labels and their nature.
- Good exposure to RFID labels failure analysis, and RFID ecosystem development.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with CAD software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience with automated production equipment and robotics.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality management tools.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office etc.
- Knowledge of international standards and codes (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC etc).
