Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process engineering Develop, implement and continuously improve manufacturing processes, standard work methods, instructions and best practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Manage and control product and process documentation including drawings, specifications, bill of material (BOM), process plans and work methods.
- Drive manufacturing-engineering functions including process design, equipment selection and manufacturing process for new production line.
- Collaborate with OEM engineers, designers and product managers for seamless transfer of product and manufacturing process knowhow.
- Create equipment specifications to meet the requirements of cost and quality for the products.
- Coordinate the acquisition of the new equipment in coordination with Purchasing.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experiences
- Proven experience of 14+ years in manufacturing process engineering in a light engineering manufacturing company preferably in defence industry.
- Sound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machines, equipment, and toolings.
- Experience in engineering and procurement of plant and machinery
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ammunition manufacturing.
- Experience in implementing automation systems using IoT, AI and robotics is highly desirable.
