The
Market Research & Data Analyst
will play a key role in helping our team deliver strategic data insights aligned with company objectives. This individual will focus on understanding core client industries, researching target markets, and identifying new opportunities to support Furation's growth in IT services such as app development, software development, and staff augmentation.
This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their career in a fast-growing IT company. The Analyst will work closely with the Director, gaining hands-on guidance on identifying and approaching high-potential markets and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize relevant data for calling teams and email campaign teams.
- Research IT and technology industry trends, target markets, competitors, and client segments.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and partnerships in domestic and international markets.
- Build and manage data dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) to track and analyze findings.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to leadership.
- Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights to strengthen business development and sales efforts.
- Work directly with the Director to define research objectives, methodologies, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company.
- Strong understanding of market targeting and research methods.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience in managing dashboards.
