Role overview:
As a Business Intelligence & Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust measurement frameworks and KPI structures that form the backbone of campaign reporting, performance tracking, and insight generation across digital media and web analytics. You will collaborate closely with senior analytics leaders and cross-functional teammates to evaluate measurement platforms, identify upskilling needs, and drive consistency in how success is measured. Your role will ensure timely and accurate dashboarding, reporting, and optimization recommendations for client programs, while maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and business impact. You will serve as a strategic advisor, translating data into clarity and action for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Insightful Performance Reporting
    : Build and present periodic performance dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations related to website, landing page, and campaign effectiveness - tailored for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive Exploratory Analysis & Forecasting
    : Conduct deep-dive analysis and data modeling across multiple sources to uncover trends, decode underlying patterns, identify levers for performance optimization, and forecast future outcomes.
  • Enable Automation & Efficiency
    : Streamline data ingestion and reporting processes by leveraging automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
  • Identify & Evaluate Testing Opportunities
    : Recommend and track A/B testing initiatives and evaluate their performance to guide data-driven decision-making and user experience improvements.
  • Coach & Build Capability
    : Mentor junior analysts and team members by sharing best practices, reviewing deliverables, and helping build broader BI and analytics maturity across teams.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing ecosystems, including strategy, creative, media planning & activation, and vendor landscape
  • Exposure to digital campaign tagging, trafficking, and marketing data flows
  • Hands-on knowledge of web and marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various attribution methodologies
  • Familiarity with agency-side operations and client-side business goals, particularly in performance-driven B2B environments
  • Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and problem-solve in fast-paced, data-driven settings
  • Adept at stakeholder and client management, including senior-level communications and upward management
  • Customer-centric mindset with active listening and a bias for action
  • 3+ years in analytics, media measurement, or data strategy
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Datorama
  • 3+ years of experience in client engagement and project management, preferably in a marketing or agency context
