Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern located in Hyderabad. The day-to-day tasks for this role include assisting with digital marketing campaigns, creating and managing content for social media platforms, conducting web analytics to track and report on campaign performance, and supporting online marketing initiatives. The intern will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop communication materials and strategies.

Role: Sr. Manager – QA & Analytics
Purpose of the Role
To lead the QA and Analytics functions supporting multiple digital marketing teams (AdOps, Programmatic, Search & Social). The person will ensure delivery quality, data accuracy, and actionable insights through strong team management and process excellence.
Team Scope
- QA Team: Reviews and audits tasks delivered by AdOps, Programmatic, and Search/Social teams. Drive quality and ensure no errors in client delivery
- Analytics Team: Collaborate with Atidiv’s central Analytics team to build dashboards, own and deliver all client and internal team reports, conduct ad-hoc data analysis to generate insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the quality metric across all accounts to ensure error free delivery
- Build and manage QA frameworks and review processes across functions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and track error trends for performance improvement.
- Lead analytics projects – dashboard creation, data accuracy, and insights generation.
- Partner with operations leadership to translate data into performance actions.
- Manage and mentor 10–15 member teams (QA + Analytics combined).
- Drive automation and standardization of reporting where possible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years total experience, with at least 3+ years in team leadership .
- Background in digital marketing operations / outsourcing setup .
- Deep understanding of AdOps, Programmatic, Search, and Social workflows.
- Strong analytical skills – experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau would be a plus
- Hands-on with QA frameworks and error analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with process automation tools (Zapier, Make, or VBA).
- Exposure to offshore delivery and global client engagement.
