The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Director (India) to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all products and the overarching Aauti brand. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, lead generation, and brand impact while managing a talented team of marketing associates in India.
This is a high-impact leadership position where you will collaborate directly with company leadership and external partners, including PR and marketing agencies, to deliver world-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for all products and the overall brand.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates in India .
- Drive revenue-focused marketing initiatives including demand generation, pipeline growth, and retention campaigns.
- Oversee brand building, storytelling, and positioning across digital, events, and PR.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with company goals.
- Manage and coordinate with external marketing firms and PR agencies for impactful campaigns.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and optimize strategy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 1+ years in a leadership role .
- Proven success in developing and scaling marketing strategies across multiple products or brands.
- Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management .
- Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams .
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and external partners.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience working with PR/marketing agencies.
- MBA/Marketing specialization is required.
