Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Manager , you will be the driving force behind AstroXperts’ digital presence. From crafting brand positioning to executing high-impact campaigns, you will take full ownership of digital marketing and lead generation across channels. This is a night shift role to align with US market hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy to build AstroXperts into a recognized US brand.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Create and implement content & social media strategy (organic + paid) that resonates with the US audience.
- Plan and optimize SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and email campaigns for lead generation.
- Build brand authority from scratch through storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns targeting US markets .
- Demonstrated success in brand building from scratch (preferably for startups or new categories).
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and influencer partnerships .
- Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization .
- Creative storyteller with the ability to connect with a global audience.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours) – non-negotiable.
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or astrology domain is a plus but not mandatory.
