What You’ll Do
Build annual category growth plans, breaking them into quarterly & monthly execution roadmaps.
Understand consumers for each category and generate insights to acquire new users & grow segments.
Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce & marketing teams.
Own the user journey—onsite & offsite—working closely with site and creative teams.
Identify category drivers, create consumer-first plans, and champion deep category understanding.
Launch 360° campaigns for key brands, including import & global store brands.
Translate trends, brand priorities, and business intelligence into actionable plans.
