About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern – Operations & Strategy at Next Lap. This is a refreshed and expanded version of our previous Digital Marketing Intern role, now combining marketing operations, campaign management, and AI-powered process automation. You’ll own workflows, plan campaigns, coordinate content and design, and track performance - all hands-on, with real impact on how we engage athletes and sports communities. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate content and campaign calendars across social, email, and web.
- Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to keep campaigns on track.
- Support day-to-day channel management for social media, blog, and newsletter.
- Oversee marketing operations - scheduling, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Apply basic design understanding to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Explore AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements / Skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building.
- Some experience or currently pursuing a course in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, , Strava) and basic analytics tools.
- Understanding of design principles - layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
