- Running AI-powered research projects - You will own client outcomes, ensuring our clients get high-quality insights fast.
- Process implementation - Identify gaps and implement processes to fill them.
- Process automation - Work with the tech team to automate workflows to constantly increase efficiency
- Product vision - Work closely with the founders to direct what our self-serve platform should look like
You will succeed in this role if:
- You are a data person: you understand when to apply a z-test, you can explain what a p-value is, you occasionally dream in numbers
- You are an excellent communicator - verbal and written: you can turn a complex spreadsheet into a slide that anyone can understand, and summarize a deck in a WhatsApp message
- You are tech-forward: you have tried multiple LLMs, have worked on Qualtrics, Typeform or other survey platforms, know how to use Tableau or Power-BI, you understand the difference between SaaS and on-prem
- You believe in what we are doing i.e. the consumer insights industry will be transformed by Gen AI. Please go through our website and stalk our competitors. After that, if you don't WANT equity over cash then we are probably not a good fit

We are a dynamic and fast-growing market research consultancy headquartered in Singapore, supporting clients both in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific. To strengthen our Analytics & Operations team, we are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated Senior Project Executive to join our remote team based in India. This role will support research delivery across the following key areas:
Survey & Questionnaire Support
- Assist in questionnaire setup - including reviewing question logic, link testing and checking translations (if required) to ensure smooth survey functionality and correct routing.
- Liaise with scripting vendors, providing instructions and resolving issues during programming and testing.
- Maintain version control and documentation of questionnaire changes and approvals.
Fieldwork Management & Operations Coordination
- Monitor fieldwork progress, oversee sampling quotas to ensure representativeness and fieldwork accuracy, and flag issues early.
- Track timelines and milestones across different stages of the project lifecycle (e.g. scripting, soft launch, fieldwork, reporting) and provide fieldwork updates for internal stakeholders and clients as and when needed.
- Conduct quality checks on open-ended responses, logic flows, and respondent engagement and authenticity.
Data Processing & Reporting Support
- Verify vendor deliverables (e.g. raw data files) and conduct first-level data validations and cleaning (e.g. removing duplicates, identifying missing data).
- Prepare tally sheets and assist in checking survey data and cross-tabulations.
- Code open-ended responses into meaningful categories for analysis.

JOB EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, market research, statistics and similar fields. Postgraduate degree will be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in market research (preferably on the agency-side) specifically in research delivery and project management.
- Sophisticated/advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong visualization and charting skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely.
- Highly organized and discipline when managing projects and processes is a must.
