This is a full-time remote position for a tenacious and results-obsessed Lead Generation Specialist at VarenyaZ. This role is fundamental to our growth and is purely focused on performance. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying a high volume of prospective clients for our market research reports. Your primary objective is to build and deliver a consistent pipeline of sales-ready leads, directly fueling our revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for and source new sales opportunities through strategic online research, database building, and leveraging professional networking platforms.
- Build, manage, and continuously enrich targeted B2B contact lists, focusing on key decision-makers and influencers within our target industries.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (primarily email and ) to qualify prospects and generate interest in our market research offerings.
- Meticulously track and manage all lead data and interactions within our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and a clean pipeline.
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team to understand lead quality, refine targeting criteria, and ensure a seamless handover process.
- Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, focusing on volume, quality, and conversion rates.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a dedicated B2B lead generation or sales development role, preferably within the market research, data, or B2B services industry.
- A demonstrable and proven track record of consistently generating a minimum of 50 qualified leads per month. Applicants must be prepared to discuss and evidence this performance.
- Hands-on expertise with modern lead generation tools (Apollo.io) and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional research skills with a knack for uncovering key contact information and business intelligence.
