Product Manager (Diathermy & Surgical Products):- Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka Min. 5-10 years experience in Surgical Equipment.

 Requirements:-

Experience:- 19 years in medical Sales & Service .

 Education:- Bachelor's degree or Biomedical Engineering or a related field preferred.

 Skills:-

 Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.

 Familiarity with Critical Care, Respiratory, ICU & OT, Home Care, Surgical, and Cardiology equipment is a plus.

Reporting to Sales Manager:-

Key Responsibilities:-

Differentiate Ababil products by conveying value propositions, developing and presenting solutions, and closing complex sales.

Build relationships with departmental decision-makers to access C-Suite influences.

Identify key accounts, generate new leads, and develop a regional growth strategy.

Create and manage territory plans, including competitive strategies and target accounts.

Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and manage the sales funnel.

Conduct product demonstrations, clinical and commercial networking, and brand promotions.

Provide training to team members and represent Ababil at industry events.

Submit regular activity reports and monitor competitive activity.

Proven success in selling medical devices to Corporate and Private Sector hospitals.

Strong network of KOL's in your region.

Ability to work independently, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Statistician with extensive experience in CDISC-compliant statistical programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing statistical support for individual clinical trials as well as integrated summaries of safety (ISS) and efficacy (ISE). This role requires a deep understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory requirements.

· To supervise the seamless operation of IN/OUT patient department including registration, documentation, and billing

· To capture accurate patient information at registration and throughout IP/OP Patient flow.

· To monitor patients waiting time and to evaluate and act on the bottle-necks.

· Patient grievance handing

· To monitor behavioural standards of the teammates and if required suggest a training program for improvements of soft skills, grooming etc.;

· To ensure capturing maximum patients' feedback and suggestion

· To remain well-groomed as per company policy.

· Review of new and follow-up appointments of the patients

· Review of first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason

· Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face.

· Monitor Collecting payments and generating receipts for the patients.

· Monitoring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report) for the next day appointments and informing same to consultants.

· Monitoring clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices)

· Daily reports sending it to all concern department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
