• Participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers (both remote and onsite)

• Participate in Business Requirements and Technical Scoping documentation resulting from the mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for customer approval

Qualifications for Senior Level:

• 4+ years' experience as a Netsuite Consultant, handling implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• English Proficiency C1 - Advanced
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience handling customer relationships
• Strong experience in Financial, Accounting, Professional Services, Software, or Manufacturing business processes
• Having experience with waterfall and agile methodologies would be a valuable asset
• The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, a team player, and should possess the ability to plan their work around competing priorities.

Job Description Specifically, the Senior Functional Consultant is accountable for delighting Customers by helping them optimally leverage their investment in NetSuite products by identifying and driving closure on NetSuite and related solution work-packets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Building Resilient Solutions: Hands-on remediation of identified Customer NetSuite enhancements including but not limited to application configuration of fields, forms, roles, permissions, searches, reporting, SuiteFlow and unit testing of scripted solutions and integrations Renewals: Delight Customer to ensure renewal at end of contracted term.

Partners with Sales as expiration approaches to showcase historic and planned value.

Compliance: Ensures all required Subscription Service methodologies and processes are followed in accordance with the standards set forth by Company.

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, your role will support and strengthen client's financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite functionality in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, maintaining workflows, configurations, and data integrity to enhance efficiency and compliance (e.g., SOX, GAAP).
