Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Google AppSheet apps for task tracking, CRM, and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal automations using n8n for integrations, triggers, and workflows.
• Create smart data capture and reporting systems in n8n and tie them into operational pipelines.
• Use Notion as the central nervous system—designing workspaces, dashboards, and project trackers that make the team more effective.
• Translate messy, manual processes into elegant, automated solutions.
• Run independent sprints : scope, build, test, and deliver on your own—while keeping leadership updated on progress and outcomes.
• Document your builds so others can pick up where you left off, but keep the execution nimble and lean.

Requirements

• Proven experience with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Notion, etc.).
• Comfort working as a solo builder —you thrive without constant hand-holding and take pride in independent delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills: you see bottlenecks and can rewire them without waiting for someone to tell you how.
• Ability to work quickly in sprints and pivot when priorities shift.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
• Based in Uzbekistan, Serbia or Eastern Europe (remote-first but within our operating hours).

Hours & Compensation:

• 9 AM - 6 PM EST (US Working Hours with lunch break)

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Proven Technical experience reviewing of source code

Provide independent code review of bank software solutions:

- Provide review of code for new changes/solutions

- Provide review of code for existing solutions.

The code review will cover changes done in Java and C#. (Optional: Temenos T24 core banking system)

Code review may include any solutions (out-of-the-box or built) to improve turn-around time.

The code quality review will include but not limited to:

 i.   Functionality:

Check that code aligns to requirements. Are all features implemented are working as specified. Any potential negative cases and error conditions handled appropriately including all error handling. 

ii.   Code Quality:

Ensure code is optimized for efficiency, performance and resource usage. Resources to recommend fixes and best practice to attaining functionality.

Ensure security/Vulnerability have been taken care of including validation of user inputs, data protection.
