SAP Basis role: Candidate should able to manage and guide a team of 10–15 L1 & L2 consultants across shifts. The role involves end-to-end SAP Basis administration, team leadership, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SAP Basis (ABAP + Java Stack), FRUN, Cloud ALM , Solution Manager
- OS: Unix/Linux/Windows; DB: HANA, ASE, Oracle, DB2, MaxDB
- Strong hands-on with SAP installations, refreshes, upgrades, and patches
- Performance monitoring (CPU, memory, I/O), SAP system assessments
- Understanding of Unicode conversions, system copies, and user management
Must-Have Execution Skills:
- Proven leadership of 15–20 team members in shifts
- Experience in multiple SAP support projects
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework, incident & change management
- Ability to work independently on planning, sizing, and architecture-related tasks
Desired Profile:
- 6–8 years of relevant SAP Basis experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

We are looking forward to hire SAP CPI Professionals in the following areas :
- Should have 4 yo 8 years of experience in CPI.
- Responsibilities include configuring integration flows, using adapters (like REST, OData, SFTP), scripting (Groovy/JavaScript)
- Ensuring seamless Data Exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems,
- Strong in Communication to collaborate with stakeholders and providing ongoing support.
- Should be strong in designing, building, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems, configuring and customizing CPI for secure data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Key skills include expertise in SAP CPI, SuccessFactors Employee Central APIs (ODATA, Compound Employee), Groovy scripting, mapping (Graphical, XSLT), and security concepts like OAuth 2.0 and PGP encryption.
- Produces conceptual and logical solution designs as input to project delivery teams implementing new business solutions, including central hub Fiori deployment and connectivity to all subsidiary SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Good experience in Mappings to be prepared. Good exposure in business workshop participation and come up with design
- work with 3rd party, Business and build the bridge between two systems.
- Should have deep knowledge on custom integrations (With point-to-point integrations)
- Strong Technical Knowledge with Integration Experience with 3rd party applications.
- Hands-on real-time experience in managing critical SAP implementations.
- Monitor critical phases of the project like Blueprint, Development, UAT and Go-live and stay on top of the situation.
- Work with Functional and Technical Specialists to ensure high-quality functional specifications on each interface.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of test materials.
- Coordination of transport of interfaces between environments.
