- Designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Strong knowledge of GMP, validation processes, and regulatory compliance is essential. Proven experience with process design, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues is a must. Familiarity with various pharmaceutical unit operations (e.g., fermentation, purification, formulation, sterile filling) is highly advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are crucial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate effectively across departments.
