• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Quality Control laboratory, including staff supervision, workload management, and resource allocation.
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO), and quality control principles.
• Proven experience in analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with various analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR).
• Strong understanding of stability testing and data analysis.
