- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related science field.
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in quality control or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in managing a quality control laboratory and leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of analytical methods and instrumentation used in pharmaceutical QC.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) is highly desirable.
