This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet stringent regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, FDA), and have proven leadership experience. Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Oversee all quality control testing activities, including raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality control analysts and technicians.
  • Investigate and resolve deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and customer complaints related to product quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related science field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in quality control or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a quality control laboratory and leading a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of analytical methods and instrumentation used in pharmaceutical QC.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills.
