We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as Manager – Professional Services , leading a team that delivers data migration, report customization, and client success. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Oversee customer interactions (via email, Zoom, Zendesk, and other platforms) to ensure smooth transitions, accurate requirement gathering, and clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for escalated or strategic engagements.
  • Ensure customers receive effective training, guidance, and change management support during implementations.


Operational Excellence

  • Review documentation, specifications, and processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with BQE standards.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics (utilization, CSAT, turnaround time, project completion) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and standardize best practices across data migration, reporting, and escalations.


Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Professional Services Consultants, providing guidance on customer engagement, problem-solving, and service delivery.
  • Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of customer requirements, escalations, and deliverables.
  • Conduct reviews, provide coaching, and drive skill development across communication, analytics, and product expertise.


Strategic Input & Collaboration

  • Support customers with strategic planning, providing insights on growth opportunities and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Development, and Business Intelligence teams) to resolve complex client needs and relay product feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SaaS delivery practices, and emerging customer needs to strengthen BQE’s service model.


Project & Change Management

  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client goals.
  • Guide the adoption of new processes and technologies by supporting customers through implementation and change management.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and recommendations for both internal and customer stakeholders.



Must Have Skills

  • 10-12 years of total experience in Solution Delivery, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, or Customer Success.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience with SaaS implementations, data migration, and report customization (SSRS, SQL, Excel advanced features).
  • Strong client management and communication skills, including handling escalations.
  • Background in software/IT services, particularly involving customization, integrations, or development work, with exposure to client-facing solution delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or equivalent customer support platforms (such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zoho Desk, or Jira Service Management). Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Background in software/IT services, particularly involving customization, integrations, or development-focused



Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Project Management or Consulting.
  • Experience managing global clients and distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to change management and driving adoption of new processes.

  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior security leaders, with the ability to diagnose challenges and deliver strategic recommendations
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and integrating SIEM/security analytics solutions within large enterprise environments
  • 8+ years of experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) tooling, processes, and workflows
  • Hands-on technical mastery across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security, and threat intelligence

    What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, and configure Reltio MDM solutions aligned with client data management requirements.
  • Implement data models, match rules, survivorship logic, and workflows within the Reltio platform based on detailed technical specifications.
  • Support the integration of Reltio MDM with source and target systems using APIs, data pipelines, and third-party ETL tools.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain configuration items such as entities, relationships, attributes, reference data sets, and validation rules in Reltio.
  • Perform unit testing and support QA activities to ensure the quality and accuracy of developed components.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, ingestion errors, and integration failures, providing timely resolution with guidance from senior developers.
  • Assist in preparing solution design documentation, technical implementation guides, and deployment support materials.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, data architects, and project managers, across global delivery models.
  • Stay current with Reltio product updates, data management best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skillsets.
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;
  • 1–3 years of total IT experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on implementation experience on Reltio MDM, including involvement in key phases of at least one implementation project
  • Hands-on experience with Reltio configuration components, including Data Model setup, Match & Merge logic, Survivorship rules, Reference Data Management (RDM), and User Management
  • Familiar with Reltio workflows and proficient in using Reltio Console and Tenant Management tools
  • Experience using Reltio APIs for basic data integration and automation; familiarity with Integration Hub and configuring connectors or pipelines is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion and export processes in Reltio using Reltio Loader, S3 buckets, or APIs; capable of troubleshooting data load issues
  • Exposure to other MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, EBX, Stibo) is a plus; understanding of MDM fundamentals including data quality, stewardship, and governance processes.
  • Experience using cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is desirable; knowledge of ETL is a plus
  • Ability to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into technical configurations in Reltio under the guidance of senior developers or leads
