+ Familiarity with instructional design and eLearning development processes
+ Experience creating process documentation, templates, and team standards
+ Knowledge of LMS operations, testing, and integration processes
+ Experience in vendor and translation project oversight
**Professional Certifications**
+ PMP certification required
+ Agile/Scrum certification preferred
