    Job Requirements:

    • 8 to 10 years of proven experience delivering complex technology and ERP projects .
    • Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience managing ERP implementations or integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, SharePoint, OneNote , and ERP project tools .
    • Prior experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) structure.
    • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and matrixed team environments, including offshore coordination.
    • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, change management , and budget control .
    • Ability to adapt PM and SDLC methodologies to varied project needs, including those related to enterprise systems .
    • Technically adept in understanding systems architecture, ERP data models , and contributing to solution design.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Oversee end-to-end implementation of Oracle or SAP ERP systems.
    Collaborate with IT and business leaders to prepare and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing all stages of the ERP lifecycle.
    Ensure rigorous planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ERP projects, aligning with business objectives and operational needs.
    Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project deliverables on time and within cost constraints.
    Conduct detailed risk management assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    Maintain constant communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and adjustments to the project scope and timelines as necessary.
    Manage the integration of ERP systems with existing business processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
    Lead and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new ERP systems and processes across the organization.
    Translate complex project details into simple, clear, and actionable statuses to ensure understanding across all stakeholder groups.
    Plan and oversee the comprehensive testing of new ERP systems to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
    Administered and supported Adobe Workfront (or equivalent PPM platform), including user management, configuration of custom workflows and templates, troubleshooting system issues, and training end users to ensure optimal adoption and performance.

    Travel Requirement:
    This position requires up to 40% travel to various project sites, including potential international locations, to manage implementations and collaborate with local teams.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    Technical Knowledge/Skills Required:
    Extensive experience in managing full lifecycle ERP implementations, particularly with Oracle or SAP, within a manufacturing context.
    Strong understanding of the entire ERP process flow, including order processing, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing.
    Proficient in project management tools and software, with a focus on those that support ERP system implementations – Adobe Workfront, MS Project …
    Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and design effective solutions.
    Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies within large-scale projects.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT project manager, with significant focus on end-to-end ERP implementations in the manufacturing sector.
    Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
    PMP certifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
