We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Delivery Head to lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms . You will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects
- Architect and implement AI-driven modules (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)
- Overhaul and optimize existing PHP/MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones
- Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists
- Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices
- Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery
- Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS , and related frameworks
- Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory
- Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Customer Success Officer, the Delivery Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of customer solutions for assigned customers. This role establishes and maintains strong business relationships with customers and takes a proactive approach to issue resolution.
The Delivery Project Manager (DPM) is a technical PM analyzes current challenges and solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

Broadly applies basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments. Seasoned level of full competence that all professionals are expected to achieve in the area.
