The analyst will also serve as a dependable partner to the Strategic Insights (SI) team, ensuring timely and accurate procurement and delivery of sample files across multiple lines of business (LOBs).
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Sample Procurement & Delivery
+ Partner with the Strategic Insights team members to procure (order and deliver) sample files based on business needs
+ Navigate various platforms, databases, and team workflows to fulfill sample requests across Commercial and Government Program LOBs
+ Escalate to U.S.-based team members, when necessary, particularly in cases involving CMS regulations that restrict offshoring of member sample data
+ Survey Sampling & Data Management
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document data extract and reporting requirements
+ Design and implement QA processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
+ Conduct root cause analyses for data and reporting issues and recommend corrective actions
