Required Skills & Experience
- 12-18 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Excellence, or TQM leadership roles. Proven experience in ISO implementation, internal/external audits, and certification processes.
- Exposure to quality systems in Education Technology, Healthcare, or Knowledge Services preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies (Green/Black Belt certification preferred) or any other relevant qualification / certification.
