Role Description

- Manage calibration and maintenance schedules for quality control equipment.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement in quality across all departments.
- Prepare quality reports for management review.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
