About the Role


We are looking for a Team Lead – Process Improvement  to join our operations excellence team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading execution of improvement projects  with measurable impact on time, cost, and quality .


You will act as the bridge between management and executives, ensuring that improvement initiatives are implemented effectively and reported systematically.




Key Responsibilities


  • Select and prioritize processes for improvement at department/function level.
  • Guide executives in conducting process studies, data collection, and implementation.
  • Monitor progress using defined KPI metrics (time, cost, quality) .
  • Consolidate and submit weekly progress reports  to management.
  • Conduct review meetings and ensure accurate documentation of improvements.
  • Coordinate with department heads and process owners to achieve buy-in.




What We’re Looking For


  • Experience:  3–5 years in process improvement, operations excellence, industrial engineering, or related roles.
  • Skills:  Strong in process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI measurement, and project coordination.

  • Conduct detailed process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to drive change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in the application of continuous improvement tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all process improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or industrial engineering, with a strong focus on implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing significant process improvements that resulted in measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, or quality enhancements.
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis, process simulation, and project management tools.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams remotely.
    • Experience with various manufacturing or industrial environments.
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
