- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in the application of continuous improvement tools.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all process improvements.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or industrial engineering, with a strong focus on implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing significant process improvements that resulted in measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, or quality enhancements.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, process simulation, and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams remotely.
- Experience with various manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
